Hardware Parts
We started in 2008 in a 200m² workshop in Shunde, building kitchen and wardrobe cabinets. We sourced drawer slides, hinges, pull-out baskets →one SKU at a time, from different suppliers, with inconsistent quality.
The problem was not the hardware itself. It was the fragmentation. A kitchen drawer slide from supplier A did not match the finish of a wardrobe rail from supplier B. Different tolerances. Different lead times. Different minimum orders. We were managing ten suppliers for one project.
Room-Level Systems
By 2014, we had consolidated. Instead of sourcing individual parts, we built relationships with Shunde's best manufacturers →the ones supplying European brands →and curated complete room-level systems. A kitchen was no longer drawer slides + pull-outs + corner organizers from three different catalogs. It was one system.
We started designing full kitchen interiors and wardrobe interiors for cabinet makers and design studios. We supplied the hardware. We drew the plans. We rendered the visualizations. The feedback was consistent: “Finally, one supplier who understands how a room works, not just how a part fits.”
