What size drawer slides do I need for 600mm cabinets?+

For a standard 600mm cabinet, you need 600mm drawer slides →the slide length matches the cabinet interior width. Our Damping Rail 600 and Drawer Organizer Set 600 are built for this exact size. If your cabinet is between standard widths (e.g., 580mm or 620mm), use our ±2mm lateral adjustment to fine-tune the fit →no shims or spacers required. Always measure the interior width of the cabinet box, not the drawer front. Need help? Use the Fit Check tool on any product page.

Soft-close vs standard drawer slides →what's the difference?+

Standard slides close with momentum: you push the drawer and it hits the cabinet frame. Soft-close (damping) slides use a hydraulic mechanism that catches the drawer in the last 50mm of travel and pulls it closed silently →no impact, no bounce-back. The difference is audible and tactile. All NEXA drawer slides and pull-out systems include soft-close damping as standard. We do not sell undamped slides: the damping mechanism is rated for the same 100,000+ cycle lifespan as the ball-bearing rails.

How to measure cabinet width for drawer slides+

Measure the interior width of the cabinet box →inside wall to inside wall →in millimeters. Do not measure the drawer front or the cabinet face frame. For frameless cabinets: measure directly inside the cabinet. For face-frame cabinets: measure the opening width, then subtract the side-mount clearance (typically 12.5mm per side for slide rails). Round down to the nearest standard width (600/700/800/900mm). If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the smaller size and use the ±2mm adjustment to dial in the fit. Full measurement guide with diagrams available on each product page under Mount Spec.

How to organize deep corner kitchen cabinets+

Blind corner cabinets are the most underused storage in any kitchen. Three solutions, depending on your cabinet layout: (1) A rotating pull-out shelf like NEXA Corner Pull-Out Shelf →mounts to the cabinet floor, rotates 180° for full access to items in the back. Best for L-shaped corners. (2) A swing-out tray system →pulls out and swings sideways. Best for corners next to a stove or dishwasher. (3) A diagonal drawer stack →drawers pull out at 45°. Best for new builds where you can specify the cabinet angle. For existing cabinets, option 1 is the simplest retrofit →installs in 30 minutes with basic tools.
