1. Products. All products are manufactured to match standard cabinet widths (600/700/800/900mm). It is the customer's responsibility to verify cabinet dimensions before ordering. If a product does not fit due to incorrect measurement by the customer, return shipping is at the customer's expense. If a product is defective or does not match its stated specifications, we cover all return costs.

2. Orders. Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination. Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch.

3. Payments. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details. All prices are in USD.

4. Liability. Installation is the responsibility of the customer or their hired contractor. NEXA Storage is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation or use outside rated load capacity.

5. Intellectual Property. All content on this site, including product descriptions, CAD models, renderings, and photography, is the property of NEXA Storage.

1. Data Collection. We collect email addresses and order details when you make a purchase. We also collect cabinet dimensions and project details you voluntarily provide through our design service and contact forms.

2. Payment Data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

3. Cookies. We use essential cookies for cart functionality and checkout. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

4. Data Sharing. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your project details remain confidential.

Returns. Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refund is issued within 7 business days of receipt. If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping and send a replacement.

Fit Guarantee. If a product does not fit because our size recommendation was incorrect, we will exchange or refund at no cost to you. If the product specifications match but your cabinet measurements were wrong, standard return policy applies.

Shipping. Orders dispatch within 48 hours. Shipping times: 3-7 days (North America), 5-14 days (Europe), 7-21 days (other regions). Free shipping on orders over $200.

Damaged Items. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement immediately.
